Easily Obtainable Flash Powder

Everyone likes piccilo petes, right? well the powder that makes the whistles is just flash powder that is compacted for a slower burning rate.

All you need to do is buy as many piccilo petes as you want, twist off the plastic base, cut them open long ways, peel the sides apart and retrieve the chunks of flash powder. Do not use the orange crap, it is not flammable at all.

The powder will not explode fast unless it is in a powdered form. What i do is use the exacto knife i cut them open with and cut the chunks into smaller chunks, then put them on a flat piece of paper an crush them until it is comparable to flour.

Use the piccilo pete tube to make smaller tubes to put the powder in. Then plug each end with paper and hot glue them. use the sharp point of a knife to poke a hole for the fuse on the side then stick the fuse in, which should be sticking out of it about an inch.

Light it, throw it (at someone if you want to scare the shit out of them), and hear the distinctive boom you have been waiting for.
