    I live in a stupid state that won't even sell fire crackers or bottle rockets. So I make my own out of legal ground bloom flowers, we refer to them as neighbor wakers cause they are pretty loud if done right.
    Materials
    • a couple packages of ground bloom flowers.
    • a pair of pliers.
    • a couple rolls of electrical tape or duct tape.
    • (optional: epoxy putty and/or pennies)


    Procedure
    • Take the flower and squeeze up and down it with the pliers until all the gunpowder and orange shit is just a powder.
    • Then dump out the orange shit until its just silver and black powder.
    • After that just tape it up really good making sure not to let the tape touch the fuse cause it will put it out. Also make sure to cover both holes really well or it will just be a flash of light and no ka-boom.
    • If using pennies tape one on each end. this can make them louder but it can throw the pennies like bullets.
    • If using epoxy putty mix the putty and hardning agent or follow the instructions then just plug up holes and let dry.
    • For an extra loud one fill the flower tube up with flash powder.
