I wonder what other secret delights Monsanto have kept filed and locked up in a dusty filing cabinet lurking somewhere deep in the basement, only for the next generation to discover outside when something starts to leak.

Happens all the time. When I first started liquid trade waste work (like greasey discharges down the drain food premises generate with washing up, and other things like it) I was quick to learn businesses and some of their shonky practices.
So I guess what I was saying is all sorts of backgrounds from small scale to large do this sort of thing and it goes on whenever they think they can get away with it and even brazen goings-ons also.
