I think they just rock the metaphorical aspect of it.. not explicitly christian, but not afraid to use the lessons of christianity. I don't know, I haven't heard much of or about Audioslave.

I just finishing listening to some more of their songs, and in no way are they a christian band. Only 'Hard Rock Hallalujah (sp?)' and to some extent 'Devil is a looser' can even be considered christian. Listen to 'Blood red sandman', how is that christian?

Well, considering all but one of the members are from Rage, who never struck me as the Christian type, and the singer is from Soundgarden (again, a real lack of Christianization there) i'm gona have to disagree.

Telling people to "be yourself" etc etc really doesn't make them Christian.

Audioslave do pwn though.
