Do you think that huts in Africa should be sprayed with DDT to prevent malaria?

I read this (http://www.junkscience.com/ddtfaq.htm) and thought yes!

They shouldn't hose down the whole continent or use it for agriculture but spraying in houses would go a long way. The banning of DDT let the bedbugs come back to North America. They were exstint here for like fifty years.
