Biology research paper

Hi all, short story shorter I have a research paper due shortly and so far am convinced I want to do it on bacteria mutations, something along the lines of how and why certain bacteria develops a resistance to penicillium over time. I was curious if anyone here had a better suggestion or a reason why my current idea is completely unfeasible.

I think you'd have better luck asking in Mad Scientists to be honest. The only advice I could give is to have you question yourself as to what the teacher expectations are and how readily information is on your intended subject.
