List II Chemicals - DEA Intended use form

Chemicals that classify as list II items, which are items that require the seller to "Know Your Customer" by having them fill out an Intended Use Form. Such chemical is for example ether, which is a great solvent to keep around your lab for a variety of legit applications, but its a bit of a cladestine lab signature chem. Yea yea i know i can make it easily from sulfuric and ethanol but thats not what my question is about...

How do YOU feel, when/if you sign that damned INTENDED USE FORM??

(remembering that it does not go to dea right away, but it sits at your vendors filing cabined untill them dea agents send a request, if they even do that.)

What is the general opinion on that IUF scheme ?

Fuck forms. Seriously. For any chemical. There have been times I've been asked for my "walking papers" when buying things like baby formula, and I raise hell. Fuck that.


But really, anything chemistry related can be made or obtained in other ways. Never ever fill out a form. Fuck that. I don't give a shit if I have to do a 25 step total synthesis to get to a single precursor, I will not fill out a fucking form.


Now, there are those that would argue against that, and some who even swear by ordering with credit cards to appear as if you have nothing to hide, which of course, no one here does, we are all law abiding citizens of our respective nations. Fucking prick ass motherfuckers. FUCK FORMS.


When I buy my cold pills for when my NOSE IS RUNNING like, seriously sick, not for anything else, and I buy ONE PACK, and they give you that look, I just say "What, you think I'm gonna make 125 mg of meth with these SIX FUCKING PILLS?"


Hell, they are getting harder and harder to find even in most regular chain gas stations, and folks are forced to deal with the towelheads. They don't give a fuck what you do with anything, they just want your money.

For my chem at home and for all the chems i bought and use/have at home are either all home made or bought: I have never signed and never will any forms, there is probably already a paper trail of my stuff, no need to make it longer.

For work i have signed A LOT of these forms, let me tell you: Sigma-Aldirich are the biggest fucking annoying pricks ever. They require so much shit, which I have to fill in (boss said so :( )!

if you would like some more info on these forms or things related to this i can help you, but as general guide line: Unless if it is for a very good reason, stay as far as possible from it, even here in the EU sigining that is like selling your sould to the devil :(

Really? My chem vendor told me that they never report anything, and all the related paperwork sits in a locked up cabinet and that these docs never leave unless REQUESTED by the DEA, i kind of want to ask when was the last time DEA/whoever requested these docs, and how often they do that... but i dont want to burn that bridge with skechy questions. :(

But if you guys say fuck forms, well then fuck forms!

But then again, i would rather spent $35 on a liter of ether than spend half a day fuckering with precious acid/alcohol :(
