I was wondering if anyone had an opinion on like what schools in California have a good program in Nutrition Science, Culinary Arts, and Dietitians, its just I find the Universities websites very useless they take you around in circles and I would like some perspective?
Please and Thank you

The big thing to remember is that the education is pretty much the same everywhere. Its just the name that makes the program "good".
If you are still in high school then you could ask your guidance counselor for a list. At my school they had a ranking list for anything.
Another option is to ask someone that is in the field. They are usually very knowledgeable about this stuff.
Sorry I couldn't answer your question directly, but hopefully I've set you in the right direction.

UC Davis for sure. I go there and it's basically a science university. It's a very agricultural oriented university (we're the freaking Aggies for christ sake) and there is a lot of emphasis on nutrition and food science. Definitely check it out. It's a really fun college too. I love it at least.
The beer brewing class was hard as fuck.

I would check out Cal Poly. I know they have a fantastic Food Science degree, which often goes along with Nutrition.

FST 3 probably because I wasn't that into it.
