What are my chances of getting away with any of this?
Shoot for deferred disposition, pay the fine, and just stay out of trouble for 6 months and it should be off your record.

The reason I failed to keep right was because if I stayed in the right lane I would have hit parked cars.

i think they want to charge me with existing.
