Take more time choosing clothes, and make sure they're ones you like, not just trendy shit.

Thrift shops, second hand stores, yard sales, even antique shops are the best. You find great, original pieces for a GREAT price.

Also, don't be afraid to alter your own clothes. Stencil some shit onto a blah pair of jeans or something. This way you'll be proud of it and more prone to liking it.

If your still in highschool you will look like a looser/dickhead who has no sense of style or fashion

Not if he has any idea of what he is doing. Granted, he probably doesn't, though if he has an eye for style he will win hard.

Sell some of your old clothes on eBay to get a bit of money and then hit the thrift shops and ... well.. eBay... for some new stuff. It's hard when you can't try something on, but my theory is that you can always sell it again anyway.

Why do you hate what you buy? Do you buy it on impulse then lose interest? Is it too trendy and out of style practically 5 minutes after you purchase it? Maybe try more classic styles that don't go out of fashion as fast as you can buy it.

Well you sound young and that you keep trying to blend in with different types of people.

I've said this a lot recently, but just go with what's comfortable and only wear what you like.

So you like clothes to begin with but then go off them? Doesn't mean you have to ditch them and start again, just mix it up a bit for a few weeks and then maybe the items of clothes you didn't like seem great again.

Not at all actually. I try to look like a bum in general, so I'm not a good example, but all the "popular" chicks at school wear vintage. The vintage look is real big right now.
