I have a question my cousin just got arrested for B&E, eluding police and possession of burglary tools his second set of those charges in the last month. My question is with all those charges in the last month and auto theft a year ago, what are his chances of getting out on monday. I really don't whant him to get out.

Depends on how crowded the jail is.

Is he a juvenile or an adult?

Rich or poor?

These are key factors, but even without all the critical information, I'm assuming that he will most likely be in there longer then Monday, if he was stupid enough to catch two sets of charges within a month not even to mention the priors.

Adult and poor. I refuse to bail him out of this one.

So you bailed out a criminal before??? Well it should be you in a jail cell and not that disgrace for a human!!! WTF is wrong with you? Why do we have jails if people like you are just going to bail them out???

No I paid a few of his tickets. He paid me back but still I think prison is the best thing for him.

Don't worry, the justice system will fuck him over thoroughly then.

I hate to say it but I think prison is the best thing for him, so he can learn a lesson.

you nob the only thing he's going to learn in jail is how to do more crimes and do them better.

he'll also be pissed off and likely bitter and insanely horny, he'll probly rape you when he see's you on the outs.

God I hope not. And to the last statement of the two I don't think he will be like that.

Prison is only the best thing for violent social outcasts. He's not going to come out a better person, maybe wiser and weaker but certainly not better.
