God created the first male and female...so can you blame them for disobeying Him if they were just apes?

Or

God created the first homosapiens thus they were responsible for their actions and now we all gotta pay?

Your first hypothetical seems internally inconsistent. A "man" and "woman," by common definitions, are not apes.

Your second hypothetical is more familiar as it sounds exactly like the Judaic mythology. Although, I don't see any reason to include scientific names such as homo sapien sapien , IF we are talking about the Judaic mythology, which does not take evolution into account. Nonetheless, I don't see why "we all gotta pay" for god creating the first humans. Responsibility is contextual, I don't see the connection from these 2 people to the rest of us.

"he" created the first man and woman, then they had the same overpowering urge so many of us have, which is sex. They werent married, so of course they disobeyed him.

Then they said "fuck you god", and the rest is history.

If a being has the power to create our minds would he not understand them and realize our nature beforehand?

I meant apes as in they couldn't really choose to obey commands from God. it wouldn't be Eves fault for eating the
apple since she would be a primitive being (she wouldnt even know what she was doing!)...

I see, but I don't know of any mythology that extends God's first intelligent beings back to apes. According to the mythology you're speaking of, Adam and Eve could speak some complex language, so I would conclude they were not apes. Furthermore, apples are good for you and magic apples are plain silly.

As has been pointed out many times, the Adam and Eve story is a myth.

I see no reason to continue this thread.
