Without making a big long story about how bad and sad I had it as a kid I will just say I am dirty on the inside, angry, unable to forgive and although I try I am not really a nice guy.
How do I cleanse myself of these feelings and actions? I wanna be happy on the inside. I wanna feel good on the inside

Accept that you feel those things. Surrender to them. Don't fight it, that's what's causing you to feel anger. Whatever happened in your past, by accepting it and surrendering to it, you create a space for it to be. In that space, you will find your peace.
Accept whatever happened. Don't let the past influence your present. By accepting it and surrendering to whatever you are feeling at this moment you create a space for it to be in.
I recommend you read "The Power of Now" by Eckhart Tolle. It explains more of this in depth.

Lie in your bed and crawl under the covers, it's ok, let it out.
Just let your mind go, those things that keep popping up is yourself.
You don't like it?
Maybe that is the point.
Cry if you must, cry long and hard, scream at the top of your lungs.
Surrender to your anguish.
Let it engulf your being.
Keep going, as long as you must.
Have you had enough?
Are you ready to forgive?
Are you ready to love?
It is good to have an end to journey toward; but it is the journey that matters, in the end.
The raindrops patter on the basho leaf, but these are not tears of grief; this is only the anguish of him who is listening to them.
Be master of mind rather than mastered by mind.

I shall check out the book. I have accepted the things that have happend to me, I have really had no choice since I cannot change the past. I don't like the word surrender its sounds like giving up.

It is much different then giving up. It's true forgiveness.

To me, surrender just means you stop fighting--it isn't anything like giving up, just accepting reality.
By all means, accept what you perceive as negative traits. Deny them, and they will pop up of their own accord. Remember, you can not put down that which you have not picked up. Know that you are a child of the universe, that you have infinite capabilities, and that you--like all of us--are on the road to sainthood.
Forgive yourself for what you have done that you label as wrong. But more important, forgive yourself for being where you are.

I'll second this--I read it recently. There was one statement I questioned, but in general, it is as good a place to start as any.
Check your breathing habits every now and then...
"if, when we react to negative emotions by sustaining, or shortening the breath, and we react to joyful events by deepening, or letting the breath be free, is it not true that by changing the breath, we may also transform ourselves?"
Might wanna get some exercise. Go for a run. Go for a walk in the woods. A really long one where time isn't an issue. It helps.
Fill your self with love.

It is a little to spiritual and far out for me I realize alot of people buy into this kind of stuff and who am I to say it real or unreal, works or not. I do belive that if you belive in something that it will work wonders for you but I am into more down to earth things Thank you

if you cannot simply put aside childish feelings and lazyness to do something solid for once then you dont deserve the bliss of heaven anyway

Fiber, exercise, and relaxation.
Cleanse your body physically by getting enough sleep/a correct sleeping pattern that works for you, exercising regularly and enough work to get your heart rate up and blood flowing and build muscle mass if you like, eat live food and avoid toxifying your body and even your mind by looking at porn or dumb shit that's all over the web, tv, and streets.
Get out, expose your brain and body to new things, whether it's cross-country running, or walking through a part of town or city you haven't seen before, or talking to people with a new intent and focus. Do new things, improve on the things you've been doing that you decide are helping your evolution of mind and body.
Don't be idle, fill in your brain and the empty spaces in your life, it's no so much the presence of what you don't like or know that's hurting you, it's the lack of information and "positive" things/activities.
Realize we've all been there. I just went to jail and seen some shit I'll never forget, and more importantly, I found two people similar to me. One is similar in the way that they've recently realized that they are "awakening" and that some force is driving them to break free.
The other was similar in the way that they've done some shit that most people only have nightmares about.
Don't put any care or hope into others, at least not yet, put it into your own life first, work at it. Then move to the next level, become an active participator in the movement which is actualizing your self.
You're not what you think you are, and you're more than what you don't know you are. You are all the ugliness and shadow qualities, but you're also the bright side, and when you combine the two you get something even more vast and different, self-actualization is beyond fear of being accepted, fear of being right or wrong or being anything. There is nothing to hide from or for, we are all in the same position, locate others like you and organize a positive movement of being yourself and not giving into false senses of security or acceptance of the world, even with just a few friends. You'd be surprised to see people copy you when you become more confident just because you've done some breathing exercises and got a better grounding on what's going on in your head.
Lastly. Observe your self. Your emotions, how you react to them, and how you react to your reactions. Everything's tied up in a web of causality, you are at the center, you have the choice of how you want to feel, you are not a child being thrown around by the world, you are child at play with the world, you still have all your innocence, although you probably feel that can't be. It's there, just deeper within, covered by layers of something else.
Cleansing; physical, mental, emotional.

Incorrect. It is not a question of deserving, or not deserving--we are all on the road to sainthood, and no one is better or worse than anyone else.
BTW--you would be well advised to drop the puerile user name, and try to get a new account using a name with a little more gravitas. That is, assuming you wish to be taken at all seriously.

-we are all on the road to sainthood, and no one is better or worse than anyone else.
I am not sure where you heard this but it really bugs me to think it could be true. To me this is just bullshit. I think I have also heard you say there is no right and wrong, no good and bad its all in the way we look at things and I am hear to tell you there is a difference between these things. We are all not on the road to sainthood that is reserved for the very good unsung heroes. The people we never see or think about but spend there whole lives helping others and ask nothing in return. Listen I am all about not given a shit what goes on down the street or in the house next door, good or bad. If I want what you got I will take it. I could not careless about other people and there shit. Am I going to be a saint I don't think so

What he meant was that the road to life, at least for humans, is to ultmately go into light (I.E. become enlightened and whatever is after that). To evolve, basically. In this life, you might not be ready for that journey. But perhaps in another you will.
just accept what happened, even if it is hard
i know the past can be a bitch, but no matter how hard you try you simply can't change it, so the sooner you surrender yourself to those feeling the sooner you'll feel bbetter about yourself

Baptism is only one of many rituals that may be of help, but from there it is only a short step to superstition and idolatry..

Try doing a Middle Pillar Ritual http://home.earthlink.net/~xristos/GoldenDawn/rituals03.htm
Cleansing your Aura http://www.easywhitemagic.com/index_archivos/clean_aura.htm
Or what I like to do is just get very high and then meditate on silence for a long time. I recommend you this book http://www.amazon.com/Beginners-Guide-Zen-Buddhism/dp/0609804669 I found it at the library back in High School, it really helps you learn how to relax and deal with negativity.
