What's it mean to have a pant leg rolled up to your ankle or knee on only one or on both legs? I'm not even sure it has anything to do with anything, but someone in my hometown once told me that he could tell who was selling weed by the way his shoelaces were tied. Kind of similar.

Are they riding bicycles?

People often will roll up one pant leg to avoid getting it caught in the cogs//chain

Dumb ghetto shit. Means nothing.

I'm surprised people still do it, that shit died out in the early 90s

It was invented in the late 80's/early 90's as a way of identifying if you were a crip or a blood. i think left side rolled up was crip and right blood. sorry if that made no sense im really tired.

This, I do it sometimes, or use a wrist band to keep my pants from getting caught.

Rolled up pant legs are used by the homosexual community as a covert and convenient means of signalling to other homosexuals sexual preferences. One leg rolled up means you are a top (a giver). Both legs rolled up means the man in question is a bottom (a taker). This is supported by the oversized and colourful shirts and jackets that these men can usually be seen wearing in conjunction with the rolled up pant legs.

in my dumb ass town, the left leg meant the guy was holding weed an the right leg meant the guy was trying to look like he was holding weed but got his left an right leg confused.
