private cell phone calls..........

how does a person call a cell phone while it's ringing it says private-and I not answer it-and it doesn't show up as a missed call. I am being harassed by a person that is leaving no tracks to trace on my cell phone. He sends text messages from all sorts of unknown e-mail addresses,almost like he's bouncing them off the moon. I have tried to block these calls but ,he continues to find different ways to harass me. I guess what I am asking ----does anyone here at totse know how I could track him-or shut him down. I have managed to get one of the email addresses--Xan@yurdoinit.com I figured this was the place to ask for help-as my cell phone provider does not have a clue. Thankyou for any help at all.

There are websites for calling like that, and the same thing for texting. So it is probably that, try asking your cell phone company, i think they have to do stuff if it is harassment.

Record everything he says and sends to you. Analyze the data. Find a pattern. Remember to record everything about the data. Time, date, content, people you met that day, where you went, background noises if he calls you. Write up a list of people who have your number. Write up a list of places you've called and the people that would know you called. Interrogate people who you think gave out your number. Write up a list of people with whom you've made enemies with. Put the smarter ones (or ones that are close to smarter people) at the top of the list. If it is someone you don't even know then there isn't much you can do about it other than changing your number and not sharing it. If it is someone you know they will reveal themselves over time.
