What would be the best way of using fentanyl patches (75mcg/hr) for maximum enjoyment, minimum bad effects (vomiting, nausea) and no overdose. No tolerance. Is it worth stealing?

If you are stealing it from someone who is scripted it and needs it for pain then no. They are given such a strong pain med for a reason. But as for best way to take it. If its the patch with gel poke a hole in it and drain the gel onto some foil and let dry. Then smoke a small flake like you were smoking H.

For the gel ones, I don't even let the things dry. Chase the dragon with a piece the size of a pinhead.
For the ones without gel, you pretty much are stuck with eating them. I've had very limited success trying to extract the fentanyl with water.
Be somewhat careful. Some people will tell you fucking with fent = death, universally, and that isn't true, but it's a damn strong opiate, so research it and know your shit before ingesting.

for the non-gel ones, I just cut the 75mcg patches up into strips. It all depends on your body, but I think I got about 8 strips out of a single patch.
anyway, put one strip into your mouth and chew on it a bit and put it up under your gum. let it sit and enjoy, when it gets too intense or you get nauseous, take it out and you'll start to feel better, then adjust your dose.
save the strips too, a friend and I found that even after thinking a strip had lost it's potency, we took it out of our mouths and let it sit, and then later in the day or the next day we would put it back in and get high again.
Kind of like plastic, tasteless gum :P

I'm not.
So it looks like the consensus is that the fentanyl should be smoked, as I thought. As far as effects, I realize that fentanyl is not as euphoric as other opiates; is it really worth taking?

If you have a low tolerance, smoking it will almost guarantee an overdose. I don't care what people say. Its hard to judge a proper dosage when smoking it.
One time I was smoking 100mmg patches just fine. The next day I got a 50mmg patch and took two hits and overdosed, almost died that day. Never did it again but from my experience its very unpredictable.
Heed my words. I'm totally fucking serious right now. DO NOT SMOKE IT.
