I presume it is some sort of red phosphorus paste and oxidizer.

Not only can they record the VoD to the tenth, but they actually state that the explosive has a lower VoD than almost all explosives that the people here on BB can make.

Heck, AP is 4500m/s isn't it? (probably something I should know) and that much AP would be lucky to DDT.

That Fixor reminds me of Tannerite. On that page, it looks like they had a blasting cap inside the bottle. Could that be possible that it's pretty similar? Forget the color, it's always possible they added iron oxide powder or something just to color it, purely to throw people off.
