I basically ran an Ipconfig /all on their them.... While fixing their computer but no I want to control it remotely that is are just bomb it.
their only security is (search and destroy)
What are the steps i need to take to take over are watch what they are doing.

Given the grammatical errors, I don't think English is his first language. If English is your only language...then what ZX said.

Easiest way is, if they have a wireless network is to airsnort the key and fuck around with their network from there.

I did give you a solution. Crack his wireless key - Google Airsnort or Aircrack-ng.

To use that program you posted you have to install the client on his computer. If you have physical access then it's a good idea - I was under the impression you didn't.
