Re: Bought some stock

Ive been using the Robinhood app on my phone to trade some stocks. I love the app. Now my brother is using it also, and he has become a stock trading junkie. I had to explain a trading plan to him so he would stop looking at his phone all day. Anyway, its a great free app with commission free trades...

I looked a lot like I remember it. However, my memory is shit these days. I was moderating in the "I found it on the web" forum at that time I see. It just still hurts to see all of those names of old friends. I really miss those guys and gals.

Do some reading, idk.
Excellent advice! Learn something new. I'm sure that there is something that you have been wanting to learn, but with work, your time free to commit to the task was limited. Take advantage of this opportunity to learn a new skill or hobby.

None of you are a racist, until your daughter starts having Mulatto babies. Or your sister brings home DeShawn, and your mom introduces you to her "friend" Tyrone.

My biggest problem with NA/AA and the like, is that they have you announce yourself as such: "Hello my name is ________ and I'm an addict/alcoholic" etc. My beef is that if you are trying to quit being something, why are you constantly reinforcing that label? Would it not make more sense t...

Re: IRC sees a weird amount of traffic

I used to have the Merlin plugin that turned the text in speech, and I could just listen to the conversations. I don't know is that is still a thing or not. but it allowed me to do other things, and still know what was going on in the Mirc chat rooms. You want to see something funny go to the #slash...

What language are you currently coding in? What is your favorite and Why? I've been using more JavaScript lately, and I'm teaching it to a friend who wants to learn to code. However, my favorite language is Java. I know, its verbose, and every other language out there has been trying to kill it for ...

Even another reason why I want a Raspberry Pi. I've been wanting to get one and tinker around with it. Just haven't had the time. At first I just thought that this is the "transistor radio kit" for a new generation. My thoughts on that have changed a little. It is still a cool DIY project,...

Otherwise, read the book that the universe delivered to him, and then take it to the post office. Its no major crime opening a package that was wrongly delivered, especially if th...

Yep, its not hard. Just learn Java and XML if you want to make an app for Android. Then download android studio or eclipse, and have fun writing your app. If you want to develop for iphone, I would rather bang my head on the keyboard but thats me.
