DIY Cellphone Network
Apparently using a software called OpenBTS and an admittedly expensive Software Defined Radio you can make your own cell phone network.
APPARENTLY with the right configuration it works rather well, you're just limited in terms of distance from the transceiver you can be.

I think I'm getting old
I'm over on YouTube trying to explain why having a DVD drive is still a smart thing to do realizing that there really isn't a single use for an actual disc drive in 2020. Like, basically at all other than using any now pretty antiquated storage medium we have have clung on too. Like, I only own a ha...

Good advice. I wouldn't have even thought of that.
Ironic though because here in Minnesota we often use sandstone rocks to line fire pits.

Re: The dark web
To my understanding, yes. I stay away from the dark web for a few reason. 1) Everyone I encounter that is big into it is a complete nonce 2) Most normies that find out you have anything to do with it automatically assume you're a nonce 3) I'd trust buying drugs on the clear web with a real tracking ...

Idek where to start because I can't just quit my current job, and the hours make interviewing prohibitive. I want to do office shit.

Fucking amazing. I usually get the millanos when I'm in the mood for a good cookie, but these are easily just as good if not better.
If you don't know what they are, they're basically a butter cookie with a raspberry topping.

I've never had a straight up blow out (thank god), and don't want to experience one.
Turns out I had a sidewall puncture that's going to fuck me out of a car for three weeks.

Removed the webchat link because I'm sick of changing servers every couple of months, and Jumpin.chat was easily the biggest joke I've encountered to date, as they banned the room with no explanation even after two months of daily emails. To my understanding Discord will do what I want it to, so I'd...

Checking out Mirror's Edge finally
It's been sitting in my Origin library since damn near the day it was released. Finally downloading it and checking it out since I realized I'm not even 30% done filling up my 2tb hard drive, plus I have a whole extra 2tb hard drive I haven't prepped yet.

Flat tire
Went to pick my car up, turned it around in the grass, heard a small pop and suddenly my tire sounded like a cardboard box flapping in the wind.
Idk where these tires sounding like gun shots when they blow shit comes from either. Both times I've had it happen it sounded like I hit a rock.

The only thing I ever saw entire burritos get traded for was meth, or prison hooch, as the ingredients added up rather quickly. Now the individual ingredients, you could sometimes trade a 65 cent noodle for a $4 bar of soap if you found the right person with enough desperation. In Goodhue County whe...
