It takes a LOT of data to generate your seed, but once you have it this will tell you every day it will rain/snow and when all the meteor showers are until the end of time. Basically, the more date you can provide, the quicker you'll have access to the data you want. Basic things like sunny/cloudy/rainy will take weeks to get it where it needs to be, but things like Celest visits, specific shooting star times, rainbow times, specialty cloud times et cetera will get you there within a few days.
