So you got your PS2 all set up to play games off the hard drive, and need to finally add some games. Here's what I needed to make it work
HDGameinstaller.elf - You will need to launch this on the PS2
HDGameInstaller.sh - You will need to launch this on the PC to load games over the network
OPL - You will need this to launch the games
OPLmanager - You will need this to add coverart etc
wLaunchelf - This will come in handy for FTPing to the PS2
Filezilla - You will need this to FTP to the PS2

Install the games
Power-off via HDGameinstaller on the PC
Launch OPL and your games will work
(Optional) start HDLServer on OPL
(optional) start OPLManager on your PC and download cover-art, default configs, cheats, et cetera
