So you got your PS2 all set up to play games off the hard drive, and need to finally add some games. Here's what I needed to make it work

HDGameinstaller.elf - You will need to launch this on the PS2
HDGameInstaller.sh - You will need to launch this on the PC to load games over the network
OPL - You will need this to launch the games
OPLmanager - You will need this to add coverart etc
wLaunchelf - This will come in handy for FTPing to the PS2
Filezilla - You will need this to FTP to the PS2

The process: Launch wLaunch, go to the MISC directory, and run hdmanager to format the hard drive.

Launch HDGameinstaller. It SHOULD automatically start the HDLServer

Launch HDGameInstaller on your PC and connect to your PS2

Install the games

Power-off via HDGameinstaller on the PC

Launch OPL and your games will work

(Optional) start HDLServer on OPL

(optional) start OPLManager on your PC and download cover-art, default configs, cheats, et cetera
