New Totse

So, it's 2020 and we've all been spoiled by emoticons, but New Totse features only what was originally on Totse. I'm considering adding more smileys that match the same art style as what is here currently. Seeing how I've always ran the site as a semi-democracy I'm leaving it up to you guys.
