Go on Amazon and search for tonsil stone remover. It's a little flashlight with a plastic stick on it that gets back there so you can scoop them out. Those stones are just hardened nasal drip and rotten food particles that can cause throat infections. Scoop them out and then gargle with peroxide or salty water.

It can also be hardened puss or calcium buildup.
