This mother fucker is not only suing his kid's mom for the money she put into a trust fund for their surviving child, he's also starting a shitty little fund raiser because the $50,000 isn't enough.

Short version is this chick had a couple kids with this guy, he cheats on her and leaves so he can go fuck little tweakers, one of their kids ends up drowning by completely proven freak accident, the money donated after the funeral went into a trust for their surviving child, a year later he's suing her for that trust fund money, most likely to save his failing detailing business.
This chick is the one who called the cops on me after my kid fall and fucked her face up.

It's just fucked because this happened a while ago, and he's 100% aware of the fact this money he's suing her for is in a trust fund for their daughter when she turns 21. He's literally just trying to take money gained from the death of his son away from his daughter so he can go longer without having to work.
