This time they took money out of my account despite having changed the billing cycle so I wouldn't have to do monthly payments. I'm kind of pissed because it's just sitting in my account as a positive balance now.

I don't think they're up to anything, I just think this is a prime example of how people who couldn't work in the field shouldn't be tech support.

HA so I just got an email from Paypal about cancelling my monthly billing, and apparently this has been set up since day one, so all that time I thought the site got fucked up because I was late on the bill it turns out I was never late.
This would also explain why I steadily have credits in my account too.
