Cabin building

Anyone know where I might learn how to build a log cabin? I see people doing it on YouTube all the time and I wonder where they learned the skills.

The only advice I can give, not having done much log cabin building, is to think of the stacking like LIncoln Logs where the end were notched so they sat nicely on each other, and use clay to seal the cracks. Mud will work, but clay will work longer.
