Are you poor or paranoid? Wan't to do a little B&E without worrying about leaving a paper trail? Well make some lock picks you lazy shit.

Materials you will need:
Hack saw blades, windshield wiper blade, or street sweeper bristles (you often find these in gutters after the street sweeper rolls by)
Files

Optional materials:

A Dremel for easy shaping of the metal
Rubber shrink tubing
A heat gun

Your best bet is to start off with the hack saw blades. These are flexible, high strength steel that you can quickly grind down the teeth. Now you have a thin piece of metal that you can now shape. If you're wondering what picks there are, you can go to google and do a search for them. Mostly you need a tension wrench ( I prefer the twisted tension) and a S or L rake (short, long). You can get past a lot of cheap pad locks with these 3 picks. The shrink tubing is for the end of the picks that you hold. It makes them a tad easier to hold onto. It really depends on your skill with the Dremel/file if the picks come out good.

Good picks however only help you get past a lock, if you suck at lock picking no tool will save you from your own incompetence. Be warned though, if a cop catches you with these tools you can be busted for burglary tools even if you aren't actively in the act of burglary. You can also make padlock shims if you're savvy enough. Good luck.

In a super pinch a paper clip will work. What people forget is the tension wrench.

I've honestly never had luck with the paper clip trick. Feels like the metal is too flimsy.
