I thought most new motherboards had SLIC already installed. Fuck Windows anyway, though. I've been on Linux for going on 5 years now and don't even know how I uses Windows for the 20 years before that.

my 9 year old board def didnt have any thing installed for slick, had to bios mod my shiz for varios reason

On a related note, you can buy valid windows x keys on ebay for 2 to 5 dollars.

I guess there's this shit called SLP that is like SLIC for Windows XP. Microsoft blows though. They peaked at XP for SURE. Personally I enjoyed Vista, but I can see why people didn't. 7 was a step in the right direction, but they fucked up with 8 and 10
