Maybe that will help with the bot accounts.

Cleantalk is a plugin that moderates registration to prevent bots. It checks the username, location, et cetera against a database of reported spam bots and denies or approves based on that information.

It's basically an automoderator, I just use the registration monitor.

Updated CleanTalk again as it wasn't re-enabled since the migration. I was curious if the emails I was getting from them were a scam or not, and it really did report zeroes until I re-installed the plugin.

Seems to have worked. I haven't seen any bot posts in a while.

They got active the last day or two which is part of what reminded me that I had it uninstalled. As a bonus, the function to scan the member list for known bots works so I purged about 60 registered known bot accounts.
