Our provider has admitted that there was a legitimate issue causing outside connections to the website not to work starting every day at a certain time and has allegedly fixed the issue.


Remind me again how this is better than when I was hosting it privately...?

I had a really good post to write last night but I got drunk and forgot it. DAMN YOU SERVICE PROVIDERS@!

Yeah, I'm kind of pissed and for obvious reasons keeping my options open for a new provider. They wanted to respond to me on Facebook and say "We responded to you 5 hours ago. Maybe you didn't get the message because you're a baby". I'm just like woooooow that's great customer service.
