For flipping out on another lead because I'm not going to take their shit. I could honestly give a fuck less at this point because mathematically speaking I'd make more annually by taking a pay cut hourly as long as the new job had a steady 40 hours per week. No more random nice overtime checks, but also no more frequent ~33 hour checks either.

That's what fucked me at my last job, the random hours. Now I do 40 a week and its a lot better.

It fucks me HARD when it happens too because it's never consistent. I'll do 3-5 weeks where I get hella good hours, then suddenly I'm scrambling for shit to look busy so I get 30+. $18/hr is great and all unless you're getting shit hours, then you might as well be sitting on unemployment.
