so how do I improve self esteem?

So I have like horrible, just fucking rock bottom I think nothing of myself and I think no one will like me

can I fix this?

First you must learn to not care what others think before you can learn to love yourself.

I don't think I'm in the position to give advice regarding that matter(I'm a terrible person who done terrible things) but literally everyone is different. Just because your level of so called 'esteem' doesen't fit a certain archetype promoted by the status-quo, it doesent mean there is something wrong about you, unless of course, such self-esteem problem gets in conflict with your personal life( you cannot eat or sleep etc). The rest, are just in your mind. Our 'social nature' evolved so that we may survive by sharing things or communicating things to perpetuate our species, nothing more. Everything else with self esteem or 'internet ego' or even REAL LIFE EGO are delusions created by an insane system(which is our society).
Let go of all those fake stereotypes and you will feel better. The way you feel things are normal for you and only for you. That doesen't mean you're alienated or anything related to that.

The system tries to make us believe that we have non-existent mental disorders so we are more vulnerable, we 'seek' help from that system(medicine, psychologists and etc) just to program our mind to think ' we are sick and the system is all-powerful, omnipotent and omnipresent and he and only he can help us ' . Of course, there is another discussion regarding that topic and depends on what you call a problem. Being sad or having low self esteem is not a problem, the problem is that you think you are no better than X or Y.

Remember: the more they turn you into a scared dog, the more they will benefit.

I put all my ego into the internet - but havent lost real life ego, it was always bad. Okay.
