I have raynauds disease.
It basically means my hands can get really cold.
Im usually cold in general but my hands can get so cold they go numb.
Its that feeling when your outside throwing snowballs all day and they your hands start to thawl and hurt real bad pins and needles like.

You could always stick your hands in my ass and work me as a puppet Fona. That will also keep them warm.

That is one of the first picture I took of it happening to me.
Before that id been cold a lot but never paid any attention to the symptoms.
I remember both my hands were so cold even though it was probably 70 degrees in the shop.
My one finger was so cold that it just turned white and went completely numb.

Whenever it starts to happen I try and watch it now because if I dont warm my hands up real quick they can just turn to ice very fast and they will turn my hand blues and grey and white.

Yeah, but like, what causes it? Don't say "raynauds syndrome". I wanna know what about the syndrome causes it. That's fascinating.

I did a lot of Landscaping off and on for 8 or 9 years.
Weed eaters, Hedge trimmers, leaf blowers... this things vibrate a lot and your holding them for hours and hours and hours.
I never thought anything much of it back then but I did read somewhere that vibrations have something to do with being a cause and it was talking about vibrations like im talking about.

Also I guess it can be hereditary.

I didn't even know what it was called until I asked my dad.
I knew he had talked about this happening to him and I always figured he must have just held his ice cold beer too long.

and when it comes to feeling really cold all the time I had previously just assumed it was because I was living in my mom's cold basement.
Im sure that was part of it.

I haven't been to the doctor about it.
I don't think that they really have a test for it.

I do know they have medication to help with it but I haven't even thought about it yet as I do okay.

One thing that scares me a bit about going into this summer is that just as I feel cold during the winter, I noticed last year a couple of times I got so hot so fast I thought it was heat stroke.

After it passed I had just told myself "I really need to stop coming to work so damn high"

It happened a few times the previous year but back then I had always just said "I really have to stop drinking so much" basically passing it off as a bad hangover.

I wish I could get some non-deadly cancer. It's a $20,000 payout for me.

I have accident insurance through my job, so any form of cancer I get is an automatic $20,000 payout, even if it's, like, melanoma that would cost way less than that to treat even if I didn't have insurance.
