Material needed:
Glass Tube such as a guitar tube
Torch. A BIG FUCKING TORCH
Plyers in case you break it right away
Get the end red hot, blow until it bulbs out, let it cool a little, concentrate the flame on ONE spot and blow HARD so the carb pops. Boom, done. You'll probably fuck the first couple up until you learn the limits of glass.
