The bill has been finalized, and passed on to Scott Walker for approval. It all falls down to the man who has shot down every previous medical and recreational marijuana bill. The only difference is this time it isn't an open, public ballot that made the bill, it is the actual legislature, so if he doesn't approve it there's a very very good chance this will be his last term as governor, and we can at least finally move on from that.
