Who has experience taking this medication?

I've got a bit of experience with escitalopram. I was prescribed 10mg tablets roughly a year ago. I only stayed on it for a month or so. In my experience it was effective in alleviating depression and anxiety, but it did have some negative side effects. I experienced constant yawning, as well as the inability to ejaculate, which was good for sex, but bad for masturbation.
