Cutting ground beef with turkey

It's not terrible if you're cooking, like, anything with heavy seasoning, and it's a step up from saw dust. I've been using it for things like tacos, tator tot hot dish, beans and rice, et cetera and it's been a good way to save a little money without sacrificing the meal.
