New Totse

Tonight for dinner I made some mushroom masala, a traditional Indian dish, served over buttered rice. Honestly, it's not bad. The stuff I got could use a little more spice, but it's not like the last Indian food I tried where it had a weird sweet taste. This stuff had, like most Indian food, a very bean-like taste, but wasn't completely unwelcome in combination with the mushroom. I would honestly get this again, but a spicier variation.
