Fixing a nasty aquarium

Post by Enigma » Sun Feb 20, 2022 6:49 am

So it's recently come to my attention that you can safely do a 20% water change a day, and up to 50% at a time, so what I did was change about 55% of the water Friday, then did 20% last night (Saturday), and so far there's a very noticeable difference in the clarity of the water. I think the key here is going to be keeping up on the daily 20%, then re-evaluating how often I need to change the water to keep it crystal clear, because my plan is within the next 3 months to have it be a far more fully stocked tank.
