Back when I was a teenager I liked to ride around late at night and scope things out. A lot of the time it was just me and my bro enjoying being able to just ride around without the summer heat and hassle of the general public, or smoking weed in cool places, but occasionally it involved a little illegal shit to check out the coolest areas, and every now and then if SWIM saw something cool they might have taken it home with them.
The important things to remember though are to never EVER ride dirty. Get high at home first, then bring maybe 3-5 cigarettes and 1-2 joints that you can easily dispose of if the police decide to stop you. Don't go too far from home super smashed, or start drinking somewhere that you have to pass through cop central to get to safety.
I recommend doing this every night, or as often as possible. It's a great way to familiarize yourself with your area and find new ways to get around without being noticed, and it keeps you in shape. I wish I still lived in my home town because I'd still be doing it to this day.
