Just do it. Fuck pouches, fuck vapes, fuck patches, fuck anything that will continue to put nicotine into your system. Just. Fucking. Do it.
Look at it this way: 24-72 hour after your last cigarette the nicotine will have left your system, and around the 10 day mark conitine will have left your system, so it's just an additional 4 -/+ days of getting used to not physically having a fag in your hands and it's done.
My bonus tip is this: Smoking is like any other drug. You can't have "just one" later on down the line and expect to never touch it again. Your only option is to never never never NEVER smoke another cigarette ever again. That's where I failed last time, had months under my belt just to start casually smoking, then full blown two packs a day again.

I've tried a few times.
My best go was about 6 months.

Re: Enigma's #1 tip for quitting smoking
I made it a pretty long time a couple years ago, but ramped right back up to 1-3 packs a day real quick.
Like I said, the real key is to just not do it. I know that sound stupid, but it's true. They aren't a stress reliever like people think because all it does is relieve the stress caused by nicotine withdrawal

What did you eat for lunch, Enigma?
Right now I'm having a cigarette and two pieces of toast with cream cheese.
It's a great snack.
I'm going to make pasta for dinner tonight.
Spending this afternoon smoking some green and chilling out.

Who knows? I don't usually think much about lunch. Probably a burger.
