Say you had the ability to go back and change your mind on any decision you've made, but only once, no matter how mundane.

For example, you had a choice between pizza and burgers for lunch, the burger didn't sit right, so you go back and get the pizza but that gave you aids. Looks like your stuck with the aids.

No. I don't think I would aside from the choice I made with a woman. My one real regret.

For me most of my majorly poor life choices happened so long ago that I can't realistically say where my life would be if things were different.
