Database is growing

It took 3 years to go from ~8mb to over 100mb, and now it's suddenly over 250mb. At this rate I'll have to upgrade hosting within the next two years.
Honestly though upgrading could be in the mix, as for $180 I can pay for 3 years of the next tier of hosting, which has over double the available space and an SSD. Maybe next quarter I'll do that.
