Just stay patient. The thing with stonks and crypto right now is too many normies got into it and kinda stirred shit up. Honestly it could be 2-3 years before things recover.

It's hard to say. There's been a couple companies I wouldn't have thought would recover and they did, and then there's Hertz who I thought wouldn't fail but they did.
