Does this happen to anyone else? I swear when ever I drink hard and have a decent hang over, I just want to fuck all day.

Weird, I thought I responded.
I can kind of see it though, especially if you have a girl next to you also hung over.

Nope, not with a woman currently. If I had to guess I would assume that having an orgasm releases dopamine and alleviates hang over symptoms for a bit.
