So I'm getting a gym membership, and rather than just throwing weights around like when I was a teenager I thought "Hey, maybe I should follow a routine so I can maximize the results" and I'm seeing that they are either geared towards complete pansies having you do shit like 3 sets of 5 pushups, or expect you to already be super jacked doing balls to the wall shit.
I honestly think I'm just going to end up throwing weights around like when I was a teen. I mean, whatever I was doing at the time worked.

It's funny you mention that because that's basically what Ice Crem Sandwich is.

Yeah, my boss's kid was showing me one that I might have to check out. It let's you select the shit you have access too, and shows you how to do the stretch or exercise and shit.

Go hardcore keto for a month and get on SS. You'll see results pretty quickly as long as your strict with your diet and routine.
