You can also 3d print a gun. They tried to keep that off the internet as well but you can still find it. Not like you will get many shots out of it, but im sure you could nylon print a AR lower and get a mag or so out of it before it cracks.

One industry that's getting fucked hard by 3d printing, and rightly so, its the war gaming industry, specifically Games Workshop. The creators of Warhammer and Warhammer 40k have long hated 3d printing and have even tried to sue people over printing models that even sort of look like theirs. Those greedy shits have fucked that IP straight to death so fuck them, print away.

What's gonna be funny is when markets are flooded so much that companies struggle to actually convince ppl to buy their stuff. I wonder what'll happen to the economy lol

I don't think the markets will flood as much as they'll shift. You'll stop buying physical products and start buying the "rights" to print professionally designed items.

This is already happening on kickstarter. People are selling 3d models to resin print and the licenses to print them and sell them.

Which isn't necessarily a bad thing, because the people designing things still should be compensated, but the insane price is just too much, and all that overhead goes out the window when people start printing the things themselves.

It would be easier to print gun parts with a CNC machine
