Biden spends 30 million dollars on crack pipes for racial equality

I thought this was a fucking joke. I thought there's no way this senile shit could make a plan to distribute crack pipes to black people and call it racial equity. Turns out I was wrong.

I always knew there was nothing wrong with crack. That it's totally the pipe.
On a serious note though, I wonder if the Biden administration realizes crack pipes aren't like heroin needles where you HAVE to have one and it HAS to be clean. Like, I've smoked crack out of soda cans, on weed, out of foil, et cetera. It's NOT hard to get a clean crack pipe.

The logic I heard from my gay, ultra liberal (but not unreceptive to new ideas) friend. He said maybe their thought was smoking crack causes dried, cracked lips that could transfer saliva or blood into new cracked lips. It's a stretch and he even admitted it with the same thing you said about heroine needles.

My whole thing is where does it end: Do we start giving coke addicts clean mirrors and razor blades? Do we start giving pot heads free bongs?
